All surfaces that are to be painted will be power-washed. This removes all mold, mildew, dirt, and debris from the exterior of the house to insure good adhesion of the new paint being applied.

Any loose or flaking paint will be scraped, sanded and removed.

All bare wood areas will be primed with a quality exterior primer so all finish paints will adhere correctly.

All gaps in siding, trim, boxing, windows, and door frames will be caulked. CLH Painting uses at least a 52 year or better caulk to keep moisture and water out of the house. This prevents water from working itself behind wood or siding causing it to rot and break down.
